Are you saving enough for retirement?
Your annual benefit statement on OneView captures a snapshot of your retirement savings, giving you a clear picture of where you stand today and what you’re building for tomorrow. It’s a reminder for you to consider whether you’re contributing enough to turn your retirement goals into reality. If you’re a current Dell Team Member, don’t forget that Dell will match your contributions by up to 10% of pensionable salary if you contribute 5%. You can change your contributions at any time on the Dell Benefits Portal.
Coming soon – your own personalised video
If you are a current Dell Team Member, you will shortly be sent your personalised video summarising your savings in the Dell Scheme. The video remains available for you to view for 90 days post release, and you can find the link in the email issued to your Dell email address. The video highlights key details about your Dell Scheme Retirement Account, giving you a clear, engaging overview of your current savings, contributions, and what your future could look like. Think of it as a glimpse into your retirement potential!
OneView Mobile App - My Pension @ Aptia
Many members are already using Aptia’s OneView platform to help manage and stay up to date with their pension. To support this, Aptia have now launched a mobile app called My Pension @ Aptia. The app lets you do all the things you can do in OneView easily on your phone or tablet, with more features being added to the app all the time. You don’t have to use My Pension @ Aptia – all the other ways to engage with your pension are still there for you. But as more of us use our mobile devices to manage our lives, the app’s straightforward design and easy access to help will make it simpler for you to keep in touch with your pension.
To help you, there is a specialist support team at Aptia you can call on 0345 521 0099 if you need help with any aspect of the My Pension @ Aptia app.
To get the app, please go to either the Google Play or Apple App store and search for “My Pension @ Aptia”. You will need:
- Your existing OneView account username, password and multi-factor authentication details
- Your employer code, which is dellukgroup.
We recommend logging into your OneView account via the Dell Benefits Portal if you are a current Dell Team Member. If you are a member who has left Dell, go to: aptiaoneview.co.uk/dellukgroup/login before using My Pension @ Aptia for the first time, just to check your account details are still up to date. There is also help available if you can’t remember your username or password.
If you haven’t yet activated your OneView account, now is a great chance to do so. You can do this via the links above. If you can’t find your OneView activation details or you’ve forgotten your login details, please call Aptia on 0330 102 7597 or contact them online at pensionuk.aptia-group.com/oneview.

Pre-retirement webinar to help you prepare for life after work
Are you employed by Dell and two to three years from retirement? If so, Dell provides ‘Pre-Retirement’ webinars for current Dell Team Members to help you understand your options. These webinars discuss the financial and lifestyle considerations as you enter retirement, ideas around good practice when managing finances, and how to stay active and mentally stimulated in retirement. If you’d like to attend, simply email workplace-education@mercer.com and a member of the Mercer team will contact you to book your session.
Your beneficiaries
It’s important that you tell the Trustees who you would like to receive your benefits from the Dell Scheme if you were to die. By nominating a beneficiary, not only will the Trustees know who you would like your money to go to, but it will make the process easier for your loved ones during a difficult time. Check and update your nominations on the Dell Benefits Portal if you are still employed by Dell, or via Aptia’s online portal, OneView, if you are not.
Your contact details
It’s also important that you keep your contact details up to date, to enable us to send you information about the Dell Scheme, and for you to keep us informed about any changes to your personal circumstances – for example, if you change address, or if you get married or divorced. If you’re still employed by Dell, please update the HR system with any changes to your personal details, these changes are then shared with the Scheme administrator for your pension record to be updated. If you’ve left Dell, you can update us via the Scheme administrator, Aptia at pensionuk.aptia-group.com.
Do we have your current email address?
If you’ve left Dell and we have your personal email address, we’ll let you know by email when OneView is updated, so please make sure your details are kept up to date. If you’re a current Dell Team Member, we would recommend you add your personal email address. You can check and update your details by logging into your OneView account via the Dell Benefits Portal or by contacting the Dell Scheme administrator, Aptia, at pensionuk.aptia-group.com.
